We are loving our botany puzzles from Tower High Learning!! Now that it’s spring time, I unboxed them and displayed it in our shelves for Mavi to work. And since we were blessed with beautiful weather for the past days, we can’t help but pick a few daffodils so we can work with the puzzles and the real ones.
Look at how clean the puzzles are and each part fits perfectly well!
Here, I traced the puzzle so Mavi can work on it as a control sheet while adding the labels from Leaf Nomenclature Cards and booklet.
He reads the definition for each part using our booklet. I made booklets 2 years ago and now he is loving the it!
After which, he wanted to colour the control sheet.
We did the same thing for the flower puzzle, and we dissected a daffodil to match each part of the flower :) Click here for the details for our flower dissecting activity.
You can do so much with these puzzles!

Tower High Learning is a family owned business, that was set-up by the amazing Marie-Louise and her husband David in UK. They supply Montessori materials to child care providers, church play groups, home educators, Montessori nurseries and schools.
Thank you for sharing this. We are working on botany at the moment. I showed your photos to my daughter and she said, "I wish we had those puzzles, mommy. They are so beautiful." We are working with the nomenclature cards and the booklets, but I would love to buy the botany puzzles and the leaf cabinet.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful giveaway! I'm so excited that I can actually participate as so many giveaways don't include Europe :) :)
ReplyDeleteThe Montessori material(s) I would love to buy would be sandpaper letters and/or a moveable alphabet but in Russian. For now, those are diy projects as it's pretty hard to find, let alone at a reasonable price.
Anyhow, those puzzles are absolutely lovely and I'm so glad that I learned about tower high learning via your blog! They really do have some wonderful materials at affordable prices :)
I'll be sure to help promote this post, too!!
I would love to have the flower puzzle. How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI would definately buy all the content maps and continent boxes. I am sure my boys would love it.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great giveaway.
